This course explains current best practice in respect of audit and accounting aspects of Charities. The course reviews the current position and the impact that the proposed Financial Reporting Standard for Public Benefit Entities will have on Charity reporting.
It will also consider the impact of the Clarity ISAs on the audit of Charities and how the changes should be addressed.

Valerie Steward
Valerie Steward has for over 20 years worked with accountancy practices, helping them to develop their businesses and remain compliant. She is the author and co-author of a number of technical guides and work programmes including the ACCA Audit Programmes, the Practice Society Anti-Money Laundering Procedures and Training Manual and the CCH Industry Audit and Accounting Guide for Clubs and Associations. She enjoys helping firms to develop, advising on training and staffing policy and all aspects of practice management. She also lectures widely on auditing, management skills and assurance services.
