    Alan Taylor FCA Alan has over 20 years’ experience of advising accountancy firms on practice management, profitability and development.

    Alan's experience was gained both as head of practice at ICAEW and more recently running his own niche practice offering expert advice and a wide range of consultancy services to firms of chartered accountants.

  • Bryan Smith

    After 13 years working for various firms of Chartered Accountants, in 1993, Bryan joined what was then JMU (now QAD).

    Since that time, he has visited many firms to review their compliance with both audit and DPB regulations.  He has also visited firms of all sizes to assist them with practice assurance standards.
