We can’t avoid change. Some change is good, even welcome. But unexpected change can throw us.

Speakers

  • Jennifer MacKay

    Prior to setting up Jump Training & Development Jennifer gained valuable business and training experience as a director of two communication based companies. Her work has taken her to Canada, Oman, Dubai, Italy and throughout the UK. During this time, Jennifer learned firsthand the value clear communication brings to elevating business development, teamwork and profitability.

    Jennifer holds a BA (English), B.Ed, and the RSA DipTEFLA. She is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile accredited, is certificated in Facilitation, studied Coaching for Business at City University. She is a member of Toastmasters International and the CIPD.

    Jennifer is a regular contributor to the “communication debate” in the media (e.g. BBC Radio 4, BBC Five Live, the Telegraph and Guardian newspapers) and is often asked to talk on communications at events and conferences.
