Why you should attend
Those who know what they want are more focused and proactive in spotting opportunities. The problem is that most people are much better at knowing what they don’t want!
With this in mind, this session encourages participants to shape their own future. It allows time to reflect and explore both the positive and negative influences on their development to date and determine what is really important to them. Participants will set both short-term and long-term goals and make sure that the outcomes are well formed.
After this session, you will be able to:
- Get to grips with your key challenges and take note of where you are in your career
- Look at your career objectively to date and learn from it
- Identify the strengths that hold you back and those that can propel you forward
- Consider what you want from work and setting your goals
- Decide what you want to do and identify effective career strategies that work for you
