Marks feedback is available for any failed Professional or Advanced Level exam, and you may request marks feedback for up to 12 months from the date of the exam. A fee of £25 is payable for each paper requested (cheques should be made payable to CHARTAC).
You will receive a breakdown of your total short form question score and marks per whole question for the exam. This will be sent to you via email within 7 working days of receipt. For enquiries please contact: +44(0)1908 248 250 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also provide a Marks Review service for any failed Professional or Advanced Level exam. This service provides a complete check of the all the administrative processes involved in arriving at your result. Please note this is not a re-mark of your exam. You may request this service up to 10 working days from the results publication date. Visit the Marks Review page for more details.
To apply for marks feedback you will need to complete a marks feedback request form. You can download the form from this web page following the dispatch of the results. We must receive your form within one calendar year of the date of the exam session. You must include payment with the form, either a cheque or card details. The fee for marks feedback is £25 per exam.

We will aim to dispatch marks feedback letters within 15 working days from receipt of payment.
If you are requesting marks feedback and also think you might want to request a marks review, request them both simultaneously within ten working days of the date on your results letter to meet the deadline for the marks review service.
