The National Parliament (Oireachtas) offers an archive of Acts, Bills and Bill Amendments.
Company Law Legislation
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) provides full-text company law legislation (including the Companies Acts 1963-2003) with useful summaries.
Irish Statute Book (Office of the Attorney General)

Irish Courts Service
A comprehensive website for the Irish courts system, which includes an explanation of each of the key Irish courts, an index to Court Offices, a Court location guide, a free Legal Diary with information on current cases (plus archives for the past few months), a frequently answered questions service arranged by topic with additional search facilities, the Courts Service newsletter, and an archive of press releases.
Irish Law
Website produced by the University College Cork Law Faculty incorporating information on a range of specialist areas of law (with reading lists and direct links to electronic materials, relevant legislation and cases), law lists, information on the Irish and Northern Irish Legal Systems and Courts, law guides and links to directories of legal professionals.
Irish Legal Information Initiative
Information service maintained by University College Cork Law Faculty to complement its contribution to BAILII. The site includes a wealth of resources, with a useful collection of leading Irish Cases arranged by subject (including commercial, company and contract law cases).
Bar Council of Ireland Law Library
A wide range of resources including a useful explanation of the Irish court system, a selection of articles from the Bar Review, a database of barristers in Ireland, and the annual reports of the Bar Council.
LawLink Ireland
Useful portal to government and subscription databases for company and legal information, plus a legal diary for court sittings in Ireland.
Law Reform Commission of Ireland
The website includes a listing of law reviews currently in progress and consultation papers and commission reports published.
Law Society of Ireland
The professional body for solicitors. The website offers an archive of the society Gazette, a searchable database of firms, guidance for consumers and members.
