We can post, email or fax articles, book excerpts and model documents to you through our document supply service.
You can use the library catalogue to find details of all the books in our collection, as well as over 50,000 abstracts and summaries of journal articles. If you can't find the material you need, just contact our enquiry team who will help you to track it down.
To request a document to be sent to you, phone us on +44 (0)20 7920 8620 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim for same day despatch if requests are received by 15:00 UK-time, as long as the source document is in stock.
The document supply service is provided under the terms of the licences and permissions that we hold. There may be some titles which are not covered by these arrangements and we may not be able to supply copies or extracts of particular documents. We will advise you if this is the case.
Photocopies of extracts from books in our collection can be supplied. Extracts must be no more than one chapter of a publication or 5% of the whole book, whichever is greater.
Photocopies of journal articles in our collection can be supplied. It is not permitted to copy and supply more than one article from any single issue of a journal.
