We can post, email or fax articles, book excerpts and model documents to you through our document delivery service. Read on for information on charges, discounts for students and copyright restrictions that may apply.
You can use the library catalogue to find details of all the books in our collection, as well as over 50,000 abstracts and summaries of journal articles. If you can't find the material you need, just contact our enquiry team who will help you to track it down.

Charges and delivery times
We aim for same day despatch if requests are received by 15.00 UK-time, as long as the source document is in stock.
We accept payment by credit or debit card or, for ICAEW members, by invoice.
Photocopies sent by 1st class post
- Up to 5 pages: £4.00+VAT
- Each further 5 pages or part, up to 30 pages: £3.00+VAT
- Each 5 pages or part, thereafter: £2.00+VAT
Photocopies sent by fax
- Up to 5 pages: £5.00+VAT
- Each further 5 pages or part, up to 30 pages: £3.50+VAT
- Each 5 pages or part, thereafter: £2.50+VAT

Documents sent by email
Please note that we can only email documents to you if we have an electronically published version of the title and the copyright licence allows email delivery.

ICAEW technical releases
We can send copies of any current or older technical releases for a single standard charge.
- Delivery by post (1st class): £5.00+VAT
- Delivery by fax: £8.50+VAT
Discounts
A 20% discount is available on the above charges for ICAEW members in education, unemployed members and registered students.
How much can be copied?
The document delivery service is provided under the terms of the licences and permissions that we hold. There may be some titles which are not covered by these arrangements and we may not be able to suuply copies or extracts of particular documents. We will advise you if this is the case.
Book extracts
Photocopies of extracts from books in our collection can be supplied. Extracts must be no more than one chapter of a publication or 5% of the whole book, whichever is greater.
Journal articles
Photocopies of journal articles in our collection can be supplied. It is not permitted to copy and supply more than one article from any single issue of a journal.
Service for non-members
We can supply documents to non-members by post or fax only. Payment is required in advance by credit or debit card from non-members for all services.
