This book is a collection of articles and case studies "intended to inspire those involved in the practical implementation of change". The articles, written by experienced practitioners, explore different approaches to organisational change and involving employees in the process. The sectors represented range from industrial companies large and small (in automotives, healthcare, consumer goods and telecommunications) to the public sector.
