- MCA groups and sub committees
-
The groups and sub committees set up by the Manchester Chartered Accountants are a support network for all of its members.
They facilitate the development of strategy by engaging local members and relaying your knowledge to central ICAEW faculties. If you would like any more information, or would like to get involved with any of these groups, please contact Astrid Leather.
- About us
-
The Manchester Institute of Chartered Accountants was founded by twelve good men and true on 12 December 1870 at a meeting at the Clarence Hotel. It is one of the four Founding Societies of the ICAEW.
The Society plays a key role in the training and development of chartered accountants, offering excellent technical and soft skills courses.
We are pleased to have strong links with other professional organisations in the area. We also act as a link between the ICAEW in Moorgate Place and members in the district. We are always keen to hear from members who wish to become more involved with our work.
