The committee plans and organises formal and social events and presentations for members based in Victoria. These events provide an opportunity to network with the local business community. They also support ICAEW members settling into the state.
The committee builds networks with members of the chartered institutes of Australia (ICAA) and New Zealand (NZICA), and with Australian resident members of the other British institutes.
The executive committee of the Melbourne Member Group includes members from a range of backgrounds, experience and length of time in Australia.
New committee members are always welcome. Whether you are new to Australia or a long-term resident, working in practice, commerce, or other areas, we would value your participation.
It’s a great way to build or expand your local network, to get involved in technical and social activities, and to contribute to raising the profile of ICAEW and your designation in Australia.
Members interested in joining the committee should contact the Chairperson.
