Exam entry fees

Unless you are an independent student, it is common but not compulsory for a training organisation to pay exam entry fees on behalf of their students. We advise you to clarify this with your organisation if you are unsure.

The exam entry fees for the ACA are outlined below.

ACA fee structure

Fees are reviewed and updated annually.

The fees to 31 December 2012 will be:

  • The student fee will be £165 (+VAT where applicable) per annum.
  • Examination fees for the Professional Stage will be:
    • £65 for each Knowledge module
    • £85 for each Application module and
    • £85 for the Financial Accounting AAT-ACA top-up module
    • Examination fees for the Advanced Stage will be:
      • £165 for each Technical Integration module and
      • £255 for the Case Study
      • The costs for applying for credit for prior learning, where applicable, will be:
        • £65 for each Knowledge module and £85 for each Application module.
