Important points to remember

  • Keep your training records up-to-date. Your training records are evidence of your TWE, IPD and STE. Your employer and/or ICAEW can ask you to submit your training records for review at any stage during your training.
  • You will need to provide evidence that your have completed your TWE, IPD and STE. The accurate completion of your training records are essential to gaining the ACA. The ACA cannot be awarded without the completion of these.
  • It is your responsibility to successfully complete all of the elements in order to gain the ACA qualification.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange your six-monthly progress reviews with your employer and to provide information relating to your IPD, STE and TWE at these reviews.
