The Transaction Services Team from PA Consulting Group's Strategy Practice has joined the Faculty. PA's team focuses on providing strategic, commercial and technical due diligence services to Private Equity, other funding organisation and to corporate clients.
PA leverages it's sector expertise to provide deep deal insights into its focus sectors of Business Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Lifesciences, Technology and Telecommunications.
Charlie Simpson who leads the PA team believes the Faculty provides a valuable platform for PA's development, as their core disciplines of strategy consulting and corporate finance move ever closer. In parallel with putting more of their consulting staff through the Corporate Finance qualification process, Simpson sees the Faculty as providing excellent networking opportunities between the wide range of member firms.
