The Institute’s commercial mediation service is here to help you. Members can also recommend the service to clients that may be in dispute with a third party.

Our team of qualified mediators (including lawyers, chartered accountants and HR specialists) will work with you to resolve your dispute amicably, quickly and cost-effectively. Our fees start at £765 per party for claims up to £50,000 and include all preparation and a day’s mediation at mutually convenient venue.
