SOSCA committees

Directing group

This group consists of elected members, led by the President who meet at regular intervals throughout the year.

Their main objective is to meet members' needs by organising relevant courses and events, as well as raising awareness of pertinent issues.

Subsidiary groups

Given the amount of volunteer time needed to orchestrate such a variety of issues, SOSCA has formed a number of subsidiary groups, where members focus their efforts on specialist areas. These are:

• Education & Training Committee
• Local town groups
• Joint Professional Group (JPG)
• Young Chartered Accountants' Group (YCAG)
• Student Society (SCASS)
