Your work experience
Work experience is an integral part of your ACA qualification.
Bringing all aspects of your learning together with work experience provides you with the opportunity to apply the technical knowledge gained during your studies. It also helps you to develop your personal effectiveness and business awareness skills, and exercise your professional judgement.
Work experience is provided to you under your training contract, and you are expected to complete:
- 450 days of technical work experience
- a programme of initial professional development (IPD)
- structured training in professional ethics.
