ICAEW Career Community

Whether you’re currently on a career break or looking for a new job, our new Career Community is packed with advice to help you plan your return to the workplace.

We’ve assembled a collection of experts to blog about issues you’ve highlighted - from assessing your skills and choosing a new career path to writing your CV and finding a new job.

There is also a forum where you can discuss career related topics with fellow accounting and finance professionals.

ICAEW members can log-in using their existing ICAEW details (membership number and password).

ICAEW Careers Helpline

The ICAEW Careers Helpline will guide you to the resources to create an impact generating CV, get you through an interview or consider your next career move. It also offers support to those members returning to work after a career break.

The Financial Talent Executive Network (F-TEN)

F-TEN is a unique business leadership programme, developed by the ICAEW to support senior finance professionals achieve their career goals.

The F-TEN programme is designed to provide participants with the skills and insight to become the next finance leaders through:

  • one–to-one mentoring sessions with senior FTSE non-executive directors
  • cross-industry peer networking events
  • problem solving workshops and guest-speaker dinners
