About Narrowing the Gap

The ICAEW’s Narrowing the Gap programme focuses on helping support our members prepare for a career break, return to work after a career break and with their career progression thereafter.

Narrowing the Gap is open to both men and women, offering events, networking opportunities and access to a comprehensive resource of online information, which includes a dedicated eLibrary section.

Narrowing the Gap also recognises the importance of working with employers and influencing organisations to support accountants and other finance professionals.

The programme gives employers the opportunity to align with our member audience in variety of ways including sponsorship, research studies and affinity marketing.
