Tax Law Rewrite corporation tax (Bill 6)
Tax Faculty submits comments on five further Tax Law Rewrite papers
The Tax Faculty has given HMRC its comments on five further Tax Law Rewrite corporation tax (Bill 6) papers. These comprise:
- Securitisation companies – TAXREP 79/08
- Trades unions – TAXREP 80/08
- Close companies – TAXREP 81/08
- Factoring of income – TAXREP 82/08
- Authorised investment funds – which we are not publishing as it is so brief
In each case we are content with the TLR project team’s proposals, subject to the specific comments as noted in our representations.
