The student support helpline is here to help you as much as possible, providing support throughout your training. The student support team aims to handle any nature of education related enquiries.

Opening times

Normal hours of services are 08:30 – 17:30,
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays),
except for Wednesday when we open at 09:30

You can contact the student support helpline for advise and help on all aspects of your training. Anything that you would like to discuss with the team will remain completely confidential so please do not hesitate to contact us, no matter what the nature of your call. Please note, however, that calls may be recorded for training purposes.
