Being an Effective NED in the Third Sector

Non-executive directors’ tasks range from ensuring good corporate governance and compliance, to protecting stakeholder interests.  An effective NED must also be able to see the ‘bigger picture’, add value and challenge decision making.

For the NED in the Third Sector, the board mandate is more complex and stakeholders more diverse. Adding value and effecting real change becomes an even bigger challenge.

This half–day seminar is designed specifically to help you meet those challenges and make a real difference.
