Enhancing the professional standing of your qualification

ACA student numbers grew by 10.1% last year and December’s exam sitting was the largest for 25 years, demonstrating the continuing value and reputation of our qualification worldwide.

In 2007, ACA training will be relaunched with increased flexibility, allowing better access to training for employers of all sizes across practice, industry and the public sector.

As the leading qualification for finance professionals, the ACA gives you the opportunity to work across the full breadth of the business community at the most senior levels. We have more CEOs and finance directors in FTSE 100 companies than any other accountancy body (Accountancy, October 2006).

Amongst finance directors, financial controllers, accounts managers, directors and management accountants, ICAEW- qualified salaries are on average 22% higher than CIMA-qualified (Accountancy Age, 27 October 2005).
