Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA)
A non-profit organisation, whose aim is to improve corporate governance and regulation in Asian countries. Information includes code and rules on company law, accounting standards, regulations and listing rules in China.

European Corporate Governance Institute: Index of codes
The ECGI provides a listing of corporate governance codes from China, with links to downloadable PDFs and useful organisations. You can also search the codes database by country, title, language and year of publication.
