UK Export Finance (formerly known as the Export Credits Guarantee Department)
The UK's export credit agency provides a range of services to support exporters. The website outlines various initiatives intended to support exporters, including:
- Bond Insurance Policy
A scheme which protects UK exporters against the risk of a bond being called unfairly, or fairly due to certain political events. - Bond Support Scheme
A scheme to provide partial guarantees to banks in support of UK exports. - Buyer Credit Facility
A scheme which helps overseas buyers purchase capital goods or services from UK exporters with a value over £5m. - Direct Lending Facility
A lending scheme which is intended to help overseas buyers purchase the goods of UK exporters. - Export Insurance Policy
