A personal brand is 'the public projection of certain aspects of a person's personality, skills or values that stimulate precise, meaningful perceptions in its audience about the values and qualities that person stands for.' Sinead Bryan, Vice President of Finance for Oracle UK, will discuss how she has taken control of her own personal brand in her own career journey and share practical experiences in developing and leveraging a personal brand. This session will allow you to take some time to reflect on your own personal brand and consider if it is helping you to achieve your own career goals and aspirations.


Sinéad Bryan is the Vice President of Finance for the UK Region. Sinéad joined Oracle in January 2003 as Regional Controller for the UK in the EMEA Shared Service Centre in Dublin. Sinéad spent four years working in the EMEA SSC in a period of significant change which included migration of a number of centralised functions to low cost locations, centralisation of Non-Income based taxes & Statutory Reporting to the EMEA SSC and integration of numerous Acquisitions.

In January 2007 Sinéad moved to the EMEA Inside Sales Business as their Finance Director focusing on Finance efficiency and optimisation of the Business model. In May 2010, Sinéad joined the UK Region Technology business as VP of Finance where she works as the business partner to the SVP of Technology for the region.
