This practical and interactive session, hosted by Jennifer MacKay from Jump Training & Development, will help you to:

  • understand how you prefer to be managed
  • identify the pros and cons of their style and how it impacts you
  • know what your boss needs from you
  • learn techniques to make your boss's style work for you both

Bring your own boss-horror stories along and Jennifer will do her best to suggest a solution.
