Why the Managing Partners Programme?

MPP is designed to ensure individuals get the opportunity to undertake a series of key reviews within their own practice and determine the necessary changes that must be effected in order to drive the firm and improve profitability.

Every module will provide tools or guidance to apply within your own practice, and support is provided throughout by the facilitators who understand the world in which you operate.

The Managing Partners Programme experience

The approach offers a dynamic, interactive environment that requires commitment by those who meet the pre-screening criteria, and involves as much time to complete work outside the programme in preparation for each module and follow-up, as there is time in attending.

Following the initial one-hour consultation call regarding your practice and its challenges there are a series of one-day modules, held at four- to six-week intervals, with pre- and post-course assignments.

In all, this programme spans approximately six months and includes:

  • Pre-programme analysis of your firm with one of the facilitators.
  • A series of face-to-face modules.
  • Pre- and post-course assignments.
  • Practical tools and approaches to apply to your practice.
