This six-month programme supports the careers of senior women in business across all industry sectors and business functions. It is suitable for the high potential/future leaders across government, private sector and business.
1. Induction programme 0.5 days
Objective of the session is to brief the delegates on the overall structure and expectations of the WIL™ MY programme.
2. Online leadership style assessments
Objective is to provide the delegates with a self-assessment of their leadership styles, strengths and areas for improvement.

Objective is to provide the delegates with the knowledge and skills to support them in achieving their career goals

4. Executive group coaching sessions: 3 x 3 hours
Sharing from industry leaders and role models to encourage open discussion and practical solutions to actual work-life issues/challenges that are hindering them from moving forward.
Objective is to provide a sustainable learning platform to support, encourage and motivate each other in their leadership journey.
5. Final review and graduation: 0.5 days

6. Optional mentoring sessions: 4 x 1.5 hours

The mentor will share their knowledge, skills and experiences to enhance an individual’s ability to achieve their goals and assist in career progression.
Research shows that having an external mentor is invaluable in supporting personal development, providing impartial guidance on practical business issues and expanding personal networks. In consultation with our leadership team, each mentor is carefully matched with a mentee based on their development objectives and best fit in terms of chemistry and experience.

A prize-winning ICAEW Chartered Accountant with 20+ years at middle and senior management level. Mei Mei is a member of the SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad 8-man Executive Committee comprising the Group CEO and top management.
Pik Yee assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Hong Leong Banking Group in January 2013. A qualified chartered accountant, Pik Yee has over 25 years of experience at strategic and tactical levels in banks across Asia, Oceania and Middle East markets.
Kit is a member of the ICAEW and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). After completing her training, she pursued her dream in business and has had experience in F&B, lifestyle retail, manufacturing, publishing, event management and training. Kit is the only female NLP Master Trainer in the world certified by both the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and NLP University.
Nora is a member of the Group Executive Committee and has led the People transformation programme of the Maybank Group since 2009. In August 2016, Nora was awarded the “Beacon of Light” by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development and the National Council of Women’s Organisations (NCWO) at the National Women in Leadership Summit organized by the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI).
Lily has 20 years of Oil and Gas industry experience with knowledge in O&G projects and operations, leadership roles, corporate governance, board management, to name a few. She is an active Diversity and Inclusion champion and mentors a wide spectrum of young professionals, both within Shell and outside through the Young Corporate Malaysia programme and Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
Tracy is the Country Group Representative of the Australia and New Zealand (“ANZ”) Banking Group Limited in Malaysia. Prior to ANZ, she was Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Tracy has an interest in mentoring and developing colleagues to realise their potential, with a particular interest in helping female colleagues to develop their confidence and profile to match their capabilities.
Janet Yap was appointed Country Managing Director in May 2014, making her the first woman to helm this post in Accenture Malaysia. She is also the Accenture Technology Lead. Janet has built a 26-year career in Technology that spans across various industries such as Consumer Goods and Services, Telecommunications and Media, Travel and Transportation, Utilities and Oil and Gas.
