If you are a qualified member of another professional accountancy body, you could be eligible to join the ICAEW. We offer various routes to membership, including reciprocal agreements, advanced credit arrangements, Pathways to Membership or common content arrangements. AAT members

AAT members can join ICAEW through our AAT-ACA Fast Track route.

ACCA members

ACCA members can join ICAEW through the ACA study route or may be eligible to join through our Pathways to Membership route.

AICPA members

AICPA members may be able to join ICAEW through the ACA study route.

B

BICA members

The BICA and ICAEW are working together to support BICA members and students in becoming members of ICAEW.

C

CA ANZ members

As a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) you can join ICAEW through our reciprocal membership agreements.

CA Sri Lanka members

As a member of CA Sri Lanka, you can join the ICAEW by passing our advanced ACA exams, or you may be eligible to join ICAEW through our Pathways to Membership programme.

CAI members

CAI members can join ICAEW through our reciprocal membership agreement. This will give you audit and practising rights in the UK.

CPA Canada members

As a member of the CPA Canada you can join the ICAEW through our reciprocal membership agreement.

CICPA members

As a member of CICPA you can top up your CPA qualification to become an ACA. You may also be eligible to join ICAEW based on your experience through our Pathways to Membership route.

CIMA members

CIMA members can join ICAEW through the ACA study route.

CIPFA members

As a member of CIPFA, you can join ICAEW through the ACA study route. Alternatively, you may be eligible to join ICAEW based on your experience through the Pathways to Membership route.

CNCC members

CNCC members can join ICAEW through our reciprocal membership agreement.

CNDCEC members

CNDCEC members can join the ICAEW through our reciprocal membership agreement.

CPA Australia members

CPA Australia members may be able to join ICAEW through the ACA study route.

ICAS members can join the ICAEW through our reciprocal membership agreement. This will give you audit and practising rights in the UK.
