Privileges and permissions enable your team to work effectively in a healthy environment, generating the best results for your business and your clients. It’s always a dilemma deciding who can do what and when, as there’s a balance to be struck between delegating and retaining control. Fortunately, tried and tested tools and processes can be applied to help you to achieve this tricky balance.
Over the years, I have seen a spectrum: from practices that completely lock down their systems through to a more open, relaxed approach. While practice size can be a factor, it’s usually down to the attitude of the managing team.
