Our popular one-day conferences will look at the challenges facing tax practices, both now and in the future. Talks will focus on key topics including Making Tax Digital, the impact of Brexit, tax avoidance and Professional Conduct in Relation to Taxation, and HMRC's agent strategy. Plus we will have an update on the latest changes in the accounting arena and the Budget and Finance Bill.

The conference will provide you with an excellent technical update on topics most relevant to practitioners, with plenty of opportunity to network and the option to extend your stay at the hotel.

Our monthly 30-minute lunchtime sessions streamed live over the web, continue throughout 2017. Join members of the Tax Faculty team as they have a lively informal discussion about some of the topics they have been working on, with an emphasis on the practical aspects.
Sessions are on the second Wednesday of each month at 12:30 and can be watched at www.icaew.com/taxtalk.
These events are free and open to young professionals (aged 35 or under) who are interested in tax, whatever their professional body or current employment. You do not have to be a member of ICAEW or the Tax Faculty to attend.
Tax Club has a new venue for 2017: you will find us at The Globe, 83 Moorgate, London EC2M 6SA.
Presentation begins at 6.30pm, please arrive from 6.00pm and the format is around three-quarters of an hour of informal presentation followed by a discussion session, finishing around 8.00pm. Attendees are invited to stay on after the end of the formal part of the event for further discussion and socialising. Free drinks (within reason, until 6:45) and finger food will be provided. No booking is required but it is helpful if you email email@example.com if you intend to come.
