Helplines and support
Our advisory teams provide free and confidential advice via our phone helplines. Whether you have an IFRS query or an ethical dilemma. You also have access to our helpsheets and guidance on technical topics.
For all general enquiries, you can telephone the helpline on +44 (0)1908 248 250. The helpline is open 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and open 10:00 - 17:00 on Wednesday. For all other enquiries, please see below. If you enquiry is regarding a receipt or invoice, please email email@example.com or access your invoice/receipt here.
This helpline offers advice on all aspects of complying with the Money Laundering Legislation. Our advisors can answer calls on both general issues concerning application of the regulations or specific issues relating to suspicions and reporting. Due to the special nature of money laundering enquiries we advise members to phone in anonymously if they wish to speak to an advisor about suspected illegal activity or any matter that may trigger a need to submit a suspicious activity report.
