Diversity in the profession

Creating truly inclusive organisations: a new workshop and film project

Increased profitability. Happier and more engaged colleagues and employees. Better problem-solving. Greater innovation. Broader client base. Bigger talent pools. The right thing to do. We know the benefits of a diverse and inclusive business. We know the legal and ethical reasons. But what does a truly inclusive business look like, and how do we get there? As we emerge from COVID-19 restrictions and come together to navigate a new world of work – D&I has never been so important.

As part of ICAEW’s Inclusion Project, the workshop will be filmed, and we would like to interview participants on camera to really understand what they have got out of the workshop.

In this free half day session on October 12th, Steps Drama will work with you in groups to help explore your own response to diversity and inclusion – both in theory and practice.

The films we create from the workshop will be shared with ICAEW members and a wider business audience on a range of channels.

Come along and be a part of positive change for the chartered accountancy profession.
