We asked licenced insolvency practitioners Rebecca Dacre and Tom Ahmad to talk about how they can help directors when a business is in difficulty.

Businesses that have survived with the help of government support face some challenging decisions in the coming months, as some of special measures and loan schemes come to an end. 

Insolvencies have fallen during the pandemic as businesses made the most of these support available, but some people in the profession are predicting a surge in numbers later this year. 

We asked Rebecca Dacre, a partner at Mazars, along with Tom Ahmad, co-founder of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, to have a conversation about the most important questions facing directors of businesses that might be in difficulty, and discuss how they can help.
