What's in it for employers?

WIL™ MY will support an organisation’s inclusive leadership and succession planning goals and will:

  • increase employee motivation, confidence and focus;
  • prepare participants to act as change agents; and
  • improve performance and results.
Mentorship and expertise

One-to-one mentoring is available to participants who feel they will benefit from an external perspective and are ready to feel challenged by a successful corporate leader. The mentor will share their knowledge, skills and experiences to enhance an individual’s ability to achieve their goals and assist in career progression.

Research shows that having an external mentor is invaluable in supporting personal development, providing impartial guidance on practical business issues and expanding personal networks. In consultation with our leadership team, each mentor is carefully matched with a mentee based on their development objectives and best fit in terms of chemistry and experience.

The mentors will give programme participants:

  • access to business leaders with specialist expertise or industry knowledge;
  • a wealth of external perspectives and knowledge;
  • practical and personal career guidance; and
  • support in transitioning into a new role or career challenge.
