Apply to be a mentor

Your role as a mentor is to act as an advisor by assisting students through the business challenge at your local BASE heat.

You will deliver guidance and have the ability to engage with the students in a friendly and professional manner using your knowledge and skills to support and help students where necessary at a regional choice of heat.

You are not expected to instruct students or have a significant input into their decision making or presentation preparation, but will help inspire young people to aspire and promote the great opportunities available.

All of the above can be achieved by donating only one day of your time and if your team wins the heat you will be required a second day to attend the national final in Birmingham.
