Winning business plans
This Finance and Management webinar took place on 13 May 2015.
Andy Shambrook explains his approach to writing successful business plans, with the central tenet that the customer must lie at the centre of any plan. He believes that the approach of most companies is to pass the business plan from department to department and the plan is grown using an isolated approach from each area.
Andy argues that the most successful business plans are those pulled together adopting a collaborative approach across an organisation. Smaller organisations will find this approach easier to adopt than the larger ones which will need to set time aside specifically to draw up a business plan.
Andy will take us through his eight steps to ensure a winning plan is drawn up, adopted and auctioned and explains the importance of the executive summary at the front of all plans.
