Ben Pitt has joined Agathos as senior investment manager from YFM Equity Partners, where he was an investment manager. Prior to that he worked at EY, where he trained as a chartered accountant and advised privately owned and private equity-backed healthcare businesses.

Connection Capital has recruited Caitlin Cameron as investment associate in its co-investment team, from Gresham House Ventures. She previously worked for Agilia Infrastructure Partners and St James’s Place Wealth Management.

Bowmark has promoted Tom Shelford to managing partner. He joined Bowmark in 2008, was promoted to partner in 2014 and has been a member of the investment committee and executive board since 2016. Prior to Bowmark, he spent six years at PwC, where he trained as an ACA before moving into its corporate finance team.

Inflexion has promoted Florencia Kassai (1) to managing partner alongside co-founders John Hartz and Simon Turner. She is head of the buy-out fund at the private equity firm, which she joined 13 years ago. She previously worked for HgCapital, Bain & Co and JPMorgan.

George Collier (2) has been promoted to Inflexion chief operating officer. He joined the firm nine years ago from Deloitte, where he advised on financial services M&A and private equity debt. He is chair of Inflexion’s executive committee and has joined its investment committee.

MML in London has recruited Chester Holliday as investment associate in its private equity team from Metier, the pan-African private equity firm, where he spent six years. Prior to that, he worked in the M&A team at Houlihan Lokey.
