Greenberg Traurig has recruited Sava Savov as a corporate partner to lead its private equity practice in its London office, as the US law firm further develops its global private equity capabilities. He was previously a partner with the law firms Goodwin, Sidley Austin, and Kirkland & Ellis. He also spent three years as a vice president at Oaktree Capital Management. 

The firm has also recently hired Philip Cooke and Patrick Kassen in New York; Noah Mullin in Portland; Matthew Whited in Chicago and Chadi Salloum and Pawel Szaja in the United Arab Emirates, all of whom are M&A and private equity lawyers.
