ECI Partners has promoted George Moss to its investment committee. He has been a partner in the investment team since 2015, having joined the firm in 2008 from NM Rothschild. He has had a particular focus on the healthtech and travel subsectors.

Foresight Group has recruited Dave Guy to its Bristol private equity team, to support the firm’s new Foresight South West Fund. He joins from United Tooling Solutions, where he was director of M&A. Prior to that he spent 12 years at EY in Bristol, training as a chartered accountant in audit before moving into its corporate finance team.

Bowmark Capital has recruited Liz Judd (1) as a partner and general counsel, and Maria Hora (2) as a portfolio director. Judd joins from STAR Capital, where she was a partner, general counsel and compliance officer. Prior to that she worked for SJ Berwin, Clifford Chance and Newton Investment. Hora joins from Boston Consulting Group, where she spent seven years and was a partner specialising in growth and transformation programmes. She will work in the value creation team.

Palatine has promoted Matt Cobbold (1) and Greta Steponaviciute (2) to strategic growth directors in its value enhancement team. Cobbold joined Palatine in Manchester in 2021 from OneWeb. Prior to that he worked for PwC Strategy&. Steponaviciute joined Palatine’s London office in 2023 from Accenture, where she was a senior M&A consultant. Before that she worked for PA Consulting.

Mina Mutafchieva Van Ingelgem has joined HV Capital as a partner in its growth team in London, from Dawn Capital, where she spent six years. She previously worked for Palamon Capital and McKinsey in Poland and Belgium.
