Fieldfisher has recruited Karen O’Grady as a corporate partner in its London office, from Sheridans. She has previously worked for Memery Crystal, Taylor Wessing, Teacher Stern and Pemberton Greenish.

Addleshaw Goddard has recruited Jonathan Malim as a partner in its debt capital markets practice. He moves to the firm from Eversheds Sutherland, where he built its DCM practice. Prior to that he worked for Hogan Lovells for 14 years, including two secondments – one to the law firm’s Moscow office and one to Standard Chartered Bank.

Irwin Mitchell has recruited Olexandr Kyrychenko as director in its corporate team in Manchester, from IMD, where he spent nine years and was a partner. Prior to that he trained as a lawyer with Horwich Farrelly.

Shoosmiths has recruited Simon Levine as strategic adviser to its board. He will work together with the board and executive team in an advisory capacity to shape the firm’s international growth strategy. He has previously held senior roles at Kreston Reeves, Hugh James, Claremont Richards, Isadore Goldman and Beachcroft Stanleys.

Adam Dawson has joined Gibson Dunn’s Brussels office as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice group. He has joined from Baker Botts, where he spent 12 years. He previously worked for Clifford Chance.

TLT has recruited Nick Evans as a partner in its London office, working in its national infrastructure, planning and future energy team. He was previously with Bircham Dyson Bell for 26 years.
