Auto-enrolment

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is the body which regulates work-based pension schemes in the UK. 

Resources available from the TPR website include:

• a step-by-step employers duties tool to guide employers through the auto enrolment process
• automatic enrolment guide for business advisers
• information on re-enrolment for employers
• advice on choosing a pension scheme

A YouTube channel and extensive document library are provided with resources on the new employer duties, including guides, consultations, codes of practice and forms.

• Automatic enrolment in workplace pensions policy updates
  Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) listing of the latest government guidance, consultations, press releases and research documents on workplace pension reform. The Department publishes annual Workplace pension participation and saving trends statistics evaluating how workplace pension membership and contributions have been affected since auto-enrolment began.
• Workplace pensions
  Government information for employees, covering the basics of joining a workplace pension, pension protection, managing your pension and getting help.
• Workplace pensions: employers' obligations
  Government information for businesses, explaining how automatic enrolment will affect their workers.

• NEST Connect
  Online hub for professionals who are offering auto enrolment services to employers using NEST.
