Biography

David is the founder of Xlconsulting in Cambodia which provides businesses and NGOs with consulting on accounting software, IT and management accounting. Xlconsulting’s goal is to provide clients with the training required to enable organisations to maintain the implemented systems internally. Xlconsulting also provides professional Microsoft Excel training.

After five years at Deloitte in London, David took a volunteer finance role in Cambodia through Accounting for International Development, which ignited his passion for capacity building in Cambodia, and paved the way for David to set up his own practice.

David holds a volunteer position with the CCC – a leading membership organisation for NGOs in Cambodia.
