Adnan heads Protiviti in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including set up of the vision and strategy, defining the operating policies and procedures, business development, key account management, relationship management and overseeing all financial and administrative matters.
Adnan has more than 20 years of business experience and 11 years in the Middle East, specializing in servicing the government, ministries, financial services sector and extensively works with insurance companies, banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, pension funds and Islamic financial institutions.
Adnan is a subject matter expert in the areas of Internal audit transformation, Corporate governance, forensic reviews, fraud investigations, regulatory reporting, compliance, private equity, investments monitoring, finance transformation, treasury and core Banking system implementation reviews.
Adnan formerly worked at JP Morgan in London and headed the Corporate Reporting function and Financial Control team for the Regulated entities Group in the UK and managed a large team across London and Mumbai. , Prior to this role Adnan has worked with Ernst & Young and KPMG in London.
