Bonnie Tham Chair, ICAEW Members' Society, Malaysian Chapter
Bonnie is an Executive Director in BDO PLT and has over 25 years in assurance and advisory experience in Malaysia and Hong Kong SAR. She heads the People agenda in BDO Malaysia and oversees the finance, human capital and operations within the firm and its regional operations covering Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Brunei. She has been involved in audit, financial advisory and risk advisory engagements in various industries, namely property and construction, power, oil and gas and consumer products. Bonnie is a fellow of the ICAEW, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). She holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

Eng Teen is a Partner with KPMG Malaysia. She has numerous years of experience working in the financial sector and audit. She graduated with an accounting degree from Universiti Malaya. She is currently an active member of the ICAEW Members' Society Malaysian Chapter and also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Shenola Gonzales, BFP FCA Head of Malaysia
With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Shenola has worked in companies of various sectors and sizes, ranging from SMEs to PLCs. Her roles have encompassed managerial finance, financial accounting and reporting, business consulting, business development, and M&A. She graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in 1998 and became an ICAEW member after starting her career at Ernst & Young, UK, where she qualified in 2002. Returning to Malaysia in 2011, Shenola ventured into entrepreneurship, founding several businesses, successfully exiting one in 2018. She previously served as the Head of Investments at a leading Alternative Investments Platform in South-East Asia, helping clients achieve their fundraising goals.
