Cyber security and Cyber Threats are hot topics, with data breaches and cyber-attacks in the news almost every day. In order to manage these risks, organisations need to implement an effective cyber security regime. To do this in a cost-effective way requires structure, and security standards can play an important role in providing this structure. However, many organisations have yet to take this step.
The webinar focuses in particular on Cyber Essentials, a basic security standard launched in 2014 by the UK government. ICAEW was recently certified as compliant with Cyber Essentials and the event will share this experience as a case study.
