Tracy is a Senior Director who regularly presents to clients on the latest governance and corporate reporting developments at the Deloitte Academy in London plus one-to-one with the firm’s largest client boards and audit committees. From a global perspective, Tracy participates in Deloitte’s Global Boardroom & Audit Committee Programmes working across jurisdictions and contributes to the Deloitte Insights series of publications on various governance topics and boardroom research pieces.
Tracy is the author of Deloitte UK’s series of governance publications including ‘On the board agenda 2026’.
She is also the executive officer for the UK Audit Committee Chairs’ Independent Forum and the Chair of the ICAEW’s Corporate Governance Committee.
