Bulk Schemes
You may be part of a Bulk Scheme, where your employer pays for your ICAEW membership and any agreed services on your behalf.
If you are unsure whether your organisation operates a Bulk Scheme, please check with your employer.
Bulk Scheme members are unable to add, remove or amend any part of their subscription package directly. If you need to make changes to your subscription, or you no longer require your firm to pay on your behalf, your employer will need to contact us at bulkschemes@icaew.com.
If your organisation participates in a Bulk Scheme, we will contact them directly to arrange payment.
Other employer payment arrangements
Some employers choose to pay membership fees on behalf of employees without being part of a Bulk Scheme.
If your employer has agreed to pay your fees, they can make payment by bank transfer. Please ensure they quote your membership number and name as the payment reference.
If you are unsure whether your employer has agreed to pay your fees, please check with them directly.
Please note that where a firm pays a member's fee outside of a Bulk Scheme, the payment and receipt will still be recorded against the individual member's record. Only members included in a Bulk Scheme will have payments and receipts recorded against the firm's account.
