Marks feedback service
Marks feedback is available for a failed exam and details a breakdown of the marks you achieved per question. Feedback is available for all failed Professional Level, Strategic Business Management and Corporate Reporting exams from 2016 and for Case Study from 2019 onwards.
How to view your Marks Feedback
You can access your marks feedback via your training file. On the ‘Examinations’ tab you will see your examination history listed and beside any failed exam attempt there will be a link you can click to view your feedback.
To fully utilise the marks feedback available to you please visit our Exam Resources for a copy of the exam and Marks Plan. You can use these to cross reference and discover where you could have obtained further marks in your exam.
Case Study Marks Feedback
As the Case Study is not marked in the same fashion as the other Professional and Advanced level exams, the layout of the marks feedback is presented differently. Therefore in addition to the marks plan you will need to refer to the Case Study Guidance for further understanding.
We also provide a Marks Review service for any failed Professional or Advanced Level exam. This service provides a complete check of the all the administrative processes involved in arriving at your result. Please note this is not a re-mark of your exam. You may request this service up to 10 working days from the results publication date.
