Books are posted to members free of charge by 1st class mail. Members pay the return postage.

Non-members
Non-members may order copies of journal articles and book extracts by post or fax. Please note that due to licensing arrangements email delivery is not available to non-members. Payment is required in advance by non-members for all services.

Research services

The Library Enquiry Team can undertake a wide variety of accountancy, tax, legal and business research.

Members
First 15 minutes: free
Each 15 minutes or part thereafter: £15.00 +VAT

Non-members
Per 15 minutes: £15.00 +VAT
Payment is required in advance by non-members for all services.

Technical releases

Technical Releases can be supplied to members and non-members for the following price:-

Delivery by post (1st class): £5.00 +VAT
Delivery by fax: £8.50 +VAT

Non members are required to make payment by credit card at the time of order.
